Best Watermelon Juice - Belizean Recipe
One of the best and my favorite drink is Watermelon Juice. It's a very easy mixture to make and served ice cold. Here is how you make it;
Ingredients:
1 small or 1/2 watermelon
8-10 cups of water to desired consistency
2-3 large limes or lemons
Sugar to taste
Wash the fruits cut in half
Scoop out red pulp
Remove Seeds (Optional)
Crush with a clean bottle or a potato masher or blender.
Add water lime or lemon juice.
Strain and add sugar to taste
Serve Cold

Australian Cuisine
Recently I tried Kangaroo in Melbourne Australia. Kangaroo meat has an interesting texture and taste, it was cooked medium rare. The meat has very little fat on it and is a bit tough.
This meal was the special of the evening at the hotel I stayed in. The meal was very well accompanied by a nice glass of Australian wine.
The chef did a great job with the presentation of the meal.
